Our origins date back to The Daily Journal of Commerce, founded in 1872. Now known as Journal Graphics, we have been providing quality commercial printing for more than 85 years. As a family-owned business, our core values start with our customer relationships and the quality of product we make.

OUR TIMELINE
1934
The Haugsten Family becomes the sole owner of the Daily Journal of Commerce.
1937
The Daily Journal of Commerce enters the commercial printing industry.
1982
The Smith Family acquires all shares of the Daily Journal Commerce stock.
1995
Journal Graphics moves to a new building in the Northwest Portland industrial area.
2021
February 2021, Tiffany Spears, fourth generation owner, became President of Journal Graphics.
