OUR PROCESS
Here’s a step-by-step overview of our workflow.
Your Account Executive submits a quote request detailing your project to our estimating team.

Quote Request
Our estimating team prepares a quote for your project.
Step 2
Quote Created
Your Account Executive requests a production schedule for your project.
Step 3
Schedule Request
You confirm the production schedule and return signed quote to your Account Executive.
Step 4
Quote and Schedule Approved
If your project includes mailing, we process your mail lists and email you a postage request. Your packaging and distribution details are finalized.
Step 7
Mailing Lists and Distribution Details
Using our web-based Apogee WebApproval system, you submit your final print files to our prepress team.
Step 8
Final Print Files
Prepress creates proofs of your print files for your final review and approval.
Step 9
Proofs
Your job is printed, bound, and prepared for mailing.
Step 10
Production
Your order is planned, scheduled , and paper ordered.
Your sales order is created by your Account Executive and submitted to production.
Step 5
Sales Order to Production

Your job is complete!
Postage is due prior delivery of your mail to the Post Office.
